Update: We are still seeing intermittent downtime affecting switch connections within this datacenter.

The affected server is now back online.
Our datacenter team has pushed a fix for the bug that caused the issue, and services should now be restored.
Once our investigation is fully completed and we have confirmed the core cause, an internal NOC team member will personally reach out by email to all customers affected by this outage.

UPDATE: We have pushed an update that has brought most nodes back online.
Our NOC team is now working on the remaining affected nodes at this datacenter and will continue restoring service as quickly as possible.

UPDATE: Our NOC team is applying emergency network-level security updates related to newly identified CVEs. This was not planned maintenance, but it is necessary to secure all systems.
We are working to bring affected nodes back online as quickly as possible and will provide updates as we progress.
