We are currently investigating Bare Metal Recovery (BMR) backup issues across multiple server nodes and are working directly with the JetBackup development team to identify and resolve the root cause.
Impact: Customer websites and live hosting services are completely unaffected and fully operational. Standard cPanel-level account offsite backups continue to run normally without interruption.
