This issue will require a scheduled hardware downtime window, and we are currently coordinating with the datacenter team to finalize a time. In the meantime, offsite backups for all cPanel accounts are running normally and can be used to fully restore services if a failure occurs.
We will provide another update once the maintenance window has been scheduled. At this time no end customers cPanels are down as the disk raid protected them.
