Update on 29 Jun 2026 15:17:51 (UTC-06:00)
UPDATE: We have identified the primary source of the outbound email activity that contributed to the IP reputation issue. The affected sending source has been contained, outbound sending from that source has been suspended, and related queued mail has been cleared or frozen.
We have also applied stricter outbound email limits across the affected server to reduce the chance of repeated delivery issues while we continue monitoring. A delisting request has been submitted to Spamhaus, and we are waiting for their verification/removal process to complete.
At this time, the issue primarily affects outbound email delivery to providers that reference Spamhaus, including Microsoft 365, Outlook, Hotmail, and some third-party filtering providers. Website hosting, cPanel access, inbound email, and server availability are not affected.
We will continue monitoring mail logs and delivery results. Once the listing is removed and mail providers refresh their filtering data, outbound delivery should begin normalizing.
